I'm Regina, an Online Business Manager and Business Strategist with 7+ years of experience working with entrepreneurs and business owners across the US.
I started as a Virtual Assistant, and over the years, I grew into the person my clients call when they need more than task support; they need someone who can see the whole picture, build the systems, manage the team, and make sure everything actually runs.
I've worked with coaches, agencies, content creators, designers, nonprofits, cleaning businesses, writers, you name it. Different industries, but always the same story: a talented business owner who's great at what they do, but drowning in the operations side of things. That's where I come in.

I dig in
From there, I come in and audit what exists: your tools, your workflows, your team structure, your systems. I get into the details so I know exactly where the gaps are.
We build a plan
We go over everything I found and decide how to move forward. I put together a custom proposal based on your goals and your budget, so we're building something that actually makes sense for where you are right now.
We grow together
Once things are running, I don't disappear. You can hand off the systems and let your team take it from there or I can stay in the backend as your ongoing OBM, running operations, keeping everything accountable, and making sure the business keeps moving forward. Either way, I've got you.
